Physical Therapist & Principal
Cindy Greenfield, PT, CEAS, NRCME, COHC is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Physical Therapy. She has more than 29 years of experience as a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics, industrial medicine, and women’s health.
She is the CEO and owner of Midland Physical Therapy and was Vice President of Permian Basin Therapy Services, PC for 26 years. She has been the co-owner of the longest-standing contract home health PT agency in the Midland-Odessa area and serves on the advisory board for Odessa College’s PTA program. Cindy is certified in ergonomics and is also certified to perform physicals for commercial drivers. She has created a private practice that is the “One Stop Shop” for pre-employment services in Midland.

Taylor Piacente PT, DPT, NRCME
Physical Therapist
Taylor Piacente, PT, DPT, NRCME is a graduate of Clarkson University Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program in Potsdam, NY. She graduated in 2018 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Taylor was born in Rochester in upstate NY and attended high school at Honeoye Central in Honeoye NY; a small town located outside of Rochester in the Finger Lakes Region of NY. Taylor spent the first couple of months of her career doing travel physical therapy in North Carolina in both acute care and outpatient settings before moving to Texas. Taylor previously lived in Abilene Texas working in acute care prior to moving to Midland. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend and traveling whenever she can to different parts of the country. Taylor's passion lies in creating a better quality of life for her patients and educating them in the process of returning to their own passions in life so they can maintain the quality of life they have gained through physical therapy.
Cristy Cates, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Cristy Cates, PTA, IASTM-1 Obtained an associate's degree in Applied Science from the Odessa College Physical Therapist Assistance Program in 1994 and has practiced locally as a licensed PTA for over 24 years. She has a wide variety of experience including acute care, wound care, home health, and outpatient physical therapy. She is certified in level 1 Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and has taken courses in Kinesiotaping.
Cristy grew up in Odessa, Texas, and has lived in Midland for 15 years. She loves the people of the Permian Basin and has a heart for helping people feel and function better. In Cristy's words, "Physical therapy is my passion. It is truly what I was born to do. When I am able to help someone feel better I have a sense of fulfillment and am blessed beyond words".
Nicole Greenfield, VPA
Vice President of Administration
Nicole currently serves as the Vice President of Administration at Midland Physical Therapy. She is a versatile asset to the company and its people, having held various positions in her tenure with the company since 2018. Nicole obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Texas A&M University in 2017. Nicole has furthered her business education by completing extensive training through Fortis Business Solutions which she applies to managing all business operations. Outside of work, she is fond of cooking, watching movies, and spending quality time with her pet dog, Charlie. Additionally, Nicole is a Co-Owner of
The Float Spa of Midland, a sanctuary that offers Floatation Therapy and a 2-person Infrared Sauna.
Daryl Greenfield CRT, RCP, COHC
Daryl Greenfield CRT, RCP, COHC was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. A graduate of Permian High School and Odessa College, he worked at Medical Center Hospital for 28 years as a critical care respiratory therapist. Daryl enjoys sports, movies, going to the lake, and working out at the gym.
Bruce Nix Jr.C
Stretch Specialist/Personal Trainer
Bruce is from Midland but grew up in Mississippi. He graduated from Alcorn State University class of 2014 Bachelors Biology focused in Physical & Occupational Therapy minor in health & wellness/massage/strength & conditioning. Bruce has been a personal trainer for 12 years, Athletic trainer for 13 years, and a massage therapist for 10 years.
Grace Coffey, RN
Grace has lived in the Midland/Odessa area for 58 years. She graduated from Odessa High School and Odessa College. Grace has been a Registered Nurse for 30 years in a variety of healthcare settings. She joined Midland Physical Therapy and is working in the Billing/Collections department. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.
Farrah Guajardo, VPPR
Vice President of Public Relations
Farrah is the Vice President of Public Relations. She grew up in the small town of Andrews, Texas where she graduated from Andrews High School and went on to graduate from Midland College. Farrah has been in several different areas and knows the inner workings of our company. She enjoys learning new things and meeting new people. As VPPR Farrah has worked to make Midland Physical Therapy more involved in the community. When not working Farrah is big on adventuring out and trying new places while also spending time with friends and family.
