Cindy Greenfield, PT, CEAS, NRCME, COHC is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Physical Therapy. She has more than 35 years of experience as a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics as well as post offer and fit for duty testing systems. She is the CEO and owner of Midland Physical Therapy. She has served on the advisory board for Odessa College’s PTA program as well as the Rape Crisis Center of Odessa. Cindy is certified in ergonomics and is also certified to perform physicals for commercial drivers. She has created a private practice that is the “One Stop Shop” for pre-employment services in Midland which has been consistently serving the West Texas area for more than 30 years.Becca Caffey PT, DPT, OCS

Becca Caffey, PT, DPT, OCS is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Science Center’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She graduated in 2014 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2022. Becca is currently the clinic director of Midland Physical Therapy. Becca grew up in White Deer, Texas and received her Bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Sciences from West Texas A&M University, where she was also a member of the women’s cross-country team. She started her career in a rural hospital in Borger, Texas, practicing physical therapy in a mixed outpatient, inpatient, home health, and wound care setting. She has since practiced in outpatient clinics, treating an array of orthopedic conditions, vestibular disorders, vertigo and sport injuries. Outside of being a physical therapist, Becca enjoys spending time with her husband and son, running & racing, visiting family, and traveling to the mountains.Soolmaz A. Fischer, DPT

Soolmaz A. Fischer is a dedicated physical therapist who earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2018. Originally from Iran, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Soolmaz's journey into physical therapy began as a caregiver for her mother, who underwent multiple knee surgeries. Witnessing the transformative power of rehabilitation inspired her to pursue a career that enhances quality of life, promotes healthy living, and helps people return to the activities they love. Soolmaz's treatment approach is holistic, integrating manual techniques with customized exercise programs tailored to each patient's lifestyle goals-whether it's returning to sports or achieving daily activity milestones. She takes pride in crafting innovative treatment plans that cater to individual needs. Joining the Midland PT team excites Soolmaz, as she looks forward to working with a diverse patient population, expanding her knowledge through Applied Functional Science, and collaborating with a cohesive team. Outside of her professional life, Soolmaz enjoys working out, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband and son, often taking family trips to the beach. Braxten is a dedicated physical therapist and recent graduate from Texas Tech University Health Science Center, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With a strong passion for orthopedic and sports medicine, Braxten is committed to helping athletes and all individuals recover from injuries, enhance their performance, and decrease pain for an improved quality of life. In his free time, he enjoys watching all sports, with a particular fondness for Texas A&M and the Dallas Cowboys. An avid fitness enthusiast, Braxten also loves working out and values quality time spent with friends and family. He resides in Midland with his girlfriend, Breanne, and their two beloved pets. Nicole currently serves as the Vice President of Administration at Midland Physical Therapy. She is a versatile asset to the company and its people, having held various positions in her tenure with the company since 2018. Nicole obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Texas A&M University in 2017. Nicole has furthered her business education by completing extensive training through Fortis Business Solutions which she applies to managing all business operations. Outside of work, she is fond of cooking, watching movies, and spending quality time with her pet dog, Charlie. Additionally, Nicole is a Co-Owner of The Float Spa of Midland, a sanctuary that offers Floatation Therapy and a 2-person Infrared Sauna.Daryl Greenfield CRT, RCP, COHC

Daryl Greenfield CRT, RCP, COHC was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. A graduate of Permian High School and Odessa College, he worked at Medical Center Hospital for 28 years as a critical care respiratory therapist. Grace has lived in the Midland/Odessa area for 58 years. She graduated from Odessa High School and Odessa College. Grace has been a Registered Nurse for 30 years in a variety of healthcare settings. She joined Midland Physical Therapy and is working in the Billing/Collections department. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.Corie Coash

Corie Coash is a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Los Angeles. She has a vast knowledge of social media marketing and has partnered with many popular restaurants and establishments in LA prior to relocating to Midland, TX. She is a published photographer with her work being featured in Infatuation LA’s online magazine. She is also extremely proficient in Adobe Software and graphic design. Her extensive background in the arts has elevated her marketing and sales skills as a whole. When she is not behind the camera, she enjoys being in front of it performing whenever she can.Lindsay Rosales

Lindsay Rosales has over four years of experience in the physical therapy field, beginning her journey in 2020 as a receptionist at Physical Therapy Today in Lubbock. She quickly advanced to the role of Director's Assistant, showcasing her administrative skills and dedication. Originally from Midland, Lindsay was eager to continue her career closer to home and joined the MPT team in June 2024.
